How do I get JSTOR to open or download PDFs? It keeps giving me an error.

First, please make sure you are using a personal or Morningside issued laptop. If you are a graduate student or currently working at a K-12 school and using one of their computers, they are probably blocking access to the content.

Next, if you are using a Mac book there may be issues opening JSTOR pdfs. To circumvent these issues, hold CTRL (control) down and click on the "Download PDF." A drop down menu should appear. For Windows users, this would just be a right click on "Download PDF." In that menu, select "Open Link in New Tab." This will create a new tab in your browser and should provide the Terms and Conditions page for JSTOR. Click "Accept" and another tab should open with your PDF.
