I found one good article to use in my research. How do I find more like it?
Once you find an article that works well for your research, there are a couple of steps that can help you find more articles similar to that one.
- Make sure to look at the citation information in the Detailed Record. EBSCO provides Subject Terms in order to find more articles resembling the one you already found. Gale does this as well. Most databases will also provide "Suggested Keywords" or "Author Keywords" which giver you new search terms.
- Look at the citations for the article you already found. It is likely that the article you found will have other usable resources for you. Need help finding them in the library? Make sure to check out the video on finding full text articles.
